We understand that the mind cannot be healed in isolation from the body. We know that learning about, listening to, and befriending the body is key to recovery. That is why we offer and encourage our clients to try a variety of healing modalities to complement psychotherapy, such as mindfulness, massage, yoga classes and individual yoga therapy.
